My recipe book has been edited ! Yay! and should be ready to be printed shortly. It will be available in printed and PDF formats. The 2 other books will be completed in time, all things being considered. I have a lot of typing to do . 1 is on Natural skincare, a how to make cremes, lotions, perfumes, essential oil mixes. This has been process for a long time. It will however be finished and out there within the next 12 months . There is a lot of material in it. The other is on Herbal remedies for home use and Common Ailments . Some information from this book is also covered in my Herb Courses.

Salad
There are a zillion variations on salad recipes and the salads I make vary
all the time. There are a number of different ingredients that you can use
according to what is in season, your tastes, etc. I could give lots of different
recipes here but they are all variations on a theme. Some things you may
consider adding for colour and flavour : red hibiscus flower petals, red rose
petals, nasturtium flowers, sunflower petals, calendula flower petals, borage
flowers, elder flowers, edible chrysanthemum flowers.
The following salad is just one I put together for lunch one day.
Ingredients:
• Home grown organic rocket
• Home grown organic dandelion leaf
• Home grown organic spring onions
• Home grown organic mustard greens
• Home grown organic black mustard seed leaf
• Home grown organic radicchio
• Home grown organic lettuce
• Home grown organic coriander
• Home grown organic mushrooms
• Home grown organic mexican tarragon
• Organic lebanese cucumber
• Organic tomato
• Spray free red capsicum
• Greek sheep fetta
• Dressed with lime juice, organic pumpkin
seed oil, fresh ground black pepper,
herbamare vege salt.
Method:
Very simple, gather the ingredients from the garden that you have growing.
Chop up and place artistically in a bowl. Squeeze the lime juice over the top,
add the pumpkin seed oil, pepper and salt then enjoy.
