Uses:

Meadowsweet is a great herb for stamach and GI assisting. It reduces inflammation and gastritis. It has mild analgesic properties which are useful for pain in the stomach and to sooth inflammation in stomach uclers. It protyects the Mucous membrane lining in the stomach and Intestines plus aids in gut repair. It is cooling so reduces pitta in the digestive system and does not cause damage in the stomach.
