I give advice on healing with herbs for people who want too try another way of dealing with their health issues { so email me if you have a health question , I will be glad to help if I can } . It is imperative in this moment in our world that we claim back our right to heal our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies as we see fit, without interference or obstruction in any way . That we claim back our sovereignty, that we as a community ,dont allow things like Codex Alimentarius ( do some research on this ) to dictate to us what we can and cant ingest as foods, supplements or medicine . That we speak up and not become or stay as Sheeple.

I also would like to inspire people out there to start growing more Herbs and their own Food. Our Earth now more than ever needs our help to Heal . So plant, propagate, educate, research . Just do it. Read, recycle, reuse, replenish, replant, permaculture your garden, get rid of your lawn. Eat from your garden, use herbs as Food , improve your health. As we heal individually , so does the world heal collectively. The healing ripples out like a wave to family, friends , the world, to our past selves, our future selves and backwards and forwards through time.

Take classes in herbal home use, massage, meditation, grow as much of your own food as possible, get a dehydrator and turn excess food into nutritious snacks for your self and your family. Sell or trade the excess food you grow .You don't need to take pharmaceutical drugs to feel well or to heal yourselves. Nature has provided us with everything that we need. For every dis-ease or ailment, nature has a cure. Get seeds, plants, start seed banks, swap, trade or give plants and seeds away. Through herbs we can HEAL the world .

I am planning to make a Vegetarian cooking DVD as well as co authouring an Ayurvedic vegetarian Raw cookbook with my adopted sitster , Rupinder. The World situation is growing more critical , we all need to recognise this & work both together, and individually to turn it all around. We have the POWER , We can make a difference. The Power of ONE is Enormous eg: Buddha, Mahatma Ghandi , Socrates, Lao tse, Osho, Plato, Mother Teresa, David Suzuki, You, Me !!! Freedom is the key word and I feel that now, more than ever we need to be aware of just how much of our rights and freedom of choice are subtly or not so subtly and insidiously being undermined. We need to make sure we do not become complacent and think that everything is ok, Its Not !

It is time to embrace the Feminine,the Divine Goddess / Shakti , to honour Gaia , our Mother Earth for all her gifts , to cultivate more Love and Forgiveness in our lives . We are all One, Brothers and Sisters , together we stand , or together we fall . Our Choice . Opening up our hearts and remembering who we Truly Are, is very much the path to follow. There is only Infinite LOVE and LIGHT .

Money has become a story which we need to change . FRN's (dollars ) are there for the moment until we change the paradigm , no getting away from it . As Osho said , why blame poor money . Money is not the root of all evil, The Love of Money is . Even though money these days ( since 1933 in the US and 1932 in Australia ) has no real value IE: backing by Gold or Silver .

Banks lend you nothing of substance, it is all computer digits, looks good on paper. It is called fractional lending, do some research . They create the funds from your signature , give you nothing of value and then take back from you , your sweat and labour .Debt collection agencies have already paid for the debt they are chasing you for. They buy it from the bank , credit card company etc. Did you ask them to do this ??? if not then there is no contract and you have no obligation to them . S o send them a thank you note and tell them to stop bothering you .

Originally you could redeem your notes ( cash ) for their value in gold or silver at the treasury, not so anymore .

“Now it so happened that in 1931-1932 the sovereign was in law and in fact, both in England and Australia, the principal coin, the unit of value, and the principal money of account. The Gold Standard Act 1925 (15 & 16 Geo. V.c.29) was not suspended in England until September 1931 (21 & 22 Geo. V. c. 46). In Australia the provision in the Act 1920 No. 43, sec. 60, that Australian notes should bear the promise of the Treasurer to redeem the same in gold coin was not repealed until May 1932, by the Act 1932 No. 16, though, by the Act 1929 No. 31, any person might, upon certain conditions being fulfilled, be required to exchange for its equivalent in Australian notes any gold coin or bullion held by him, and power was taken to prohibit the export of gold. The former power was, I understand, at times exercised, but the latter power was never exercised. But gold and in fact practically gone out of circulation, and, quoted in terms of money of account, was at a premium. Exchange between England and Australia was more or less controlled, and against Australia.

Remember that money(cash ) is just a means of exchange, (we could use anything, coffee beans , shells, whatever ) and as such can be utilised for wonderful projects. So I encourage everyone to make as much (monopoly )money as you can through means that are sustainable, environmentally sound and that are going to benefit all. And then use that money of exchange for projects that will benefit ALL. Then you will have freedom to get off the Grid. Then you will no longer need to work to earn " Money " , you can work to Live , like the Amish people do.

Just another thought for those of you who want too live on the land but apparently haven't got enough bucks or think you haven’t. Get a group together , form a Trust , or company , pool your resources and buy some land or approach ethical Businesses to buy the land, then offer to work on it , create the gardens, plant trees and herbs on it in exchange for a piece of land and free rent. Try it, it can work.
